About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Day Shift Team Member to join our Cold Rock Ice Creamery team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, works well in a team, and takes pride in keeping the store running smoothly.

The position requires work through the weekday with some night work as well and offers the chance to take on extra responsibility for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering friendly, high-quality customer service
  • Preparing and serving ice cream creations
  • Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Manufacturing ice cream in store
  • Supporting the team and ensuring smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliable and available for day shifts
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential
