What's Involved? As a Grill'd Team Member, you'll be: * Bringing good vibes and friendly service to every customer interaction. * A station champion working across—chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor, and till. * Preparing fresh, quality ingredients with love and care. * Keeping the restaurant sparkling clean and running smoothly. * Thriving in a fun, fast-paced, and team-focused environment. * Enjoying flexible shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. What We're Looking For: Previous customer-facing or kitchen experience is a bonus. No experience? No worries We provide full training.
