Credit AnalystThe client is a mortgage brokerage with a strong track record servicing diverse clients (HNW, SME, corporate) in both residential and commercial sectors. Award-winning team, customer-first approach and a real team culture looking to grow their team professionally.

The RoleThe role sits within the credit team and manages the assessments of residential loan scenarios from BDMs to multiple lenders.

  • Borrowing capacity calculations, ordering property valuations, packaging and submitting loan applications to banks
  • Liaising with banks and stakeholders
  • Manage daily workflow by ensuring all expected turnaround times are adhered to
  • Completing compliance checks in line with requirements
  • Liaising with our brokers and lenders for requests after loan submission

Your Experience

  • Previous experience in mortgage/residential credit assessing roles
  • Driven to meet and exceed targets
  • Keen desire to build a career in financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
