About the Job:

IMG is seeking an experienced Field Technician (surveying technician) for an immediate start. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38-40 hours per week, working in Sydney.

Role Overview:

To operate the company's quad survey vehicles as required to undertake footpath filming and assessment as per specified IMG protocols.

Key Duties:

  • Safe operation of the company's quad survey vehicles to capture footage of footpaths and to provide assessment using specified protocols.
  • Undertake geospatial mapping as required.
  • Process high definition image collection.
  • Review and follow SWMS and policies for each project as required.
  • Fill and send timesheets to Footpath Survey Operations Coordinator.
  • Undertake foot-based inspection surveys as required

Qualifications and Experience:

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and work experience:

  • Diploma level or higher in Surveying or Engineering
  • A minimum of 1 year of full-time (or equivalent) work experience
  • 3 years of work experience may substitute formal qualification in related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong team-building and motivational skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
