About the Role

We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-Time Educator to provide inclusion support, working approximately 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday

This is a meaningful role where you will:

  • Support children to actively participate in an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring every child feels valued, capable and connected

  • Work closely with lead educators and families to implement tailored strategies

  • Help create inclusive, nurturing learning environments

  • Encourage positive behaviour and social-emotional development

Who You Are

  • A passionate educator who genuinely enjoys supporting all children

  • Experienced or confident in inclusion support or behaviour guidance

  • Kind, calm, consistent, and collaborative in your approach

  • A great communicator with a team-focused mindset

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

  • Experience in inclusion support or working with children with diverse needs (highly regarded)
