As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Intimate 60-place centre, where you’ll feel at home from day 1
Based in our kinder room, supporting the children transitioning to school
Ideally seeking an Auslan trained educator (or someone who is keen to upskill in Auslan)
Long standing team, some with 10+ years of service to Goodstart
Strong culture of inclusion in a friendly team who have built strong relationships both inside and outside of work

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Vic Working with Children Check
Auslan Training (or a desire to grow this capability)
