About the role

Permanent and temporary opportunity to provide clinical support across allied health services in the provision of high quality, evidence based, multidisciplinary clinical, education and research services at Surgical,Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (STARS).

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Represent the STARS clinical assistant workforce at the Metro North Allied Health Assistant Committee
  • Provide advice to supervisors and other stakeholders regarding professional standards, workforce issues and service development to enhance teamwork and clinical outcomes.
  • Provide a defined range of specialised clinical screening assessments and interventions for patients with complex conditions, as delegated by an allied health professional.
