Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events from initial planning through to execution
  • Handle event communications, including client, vendor, and stakeholder liaison
  • Manage venue bookings, contracts, and logistics
  • Coordinate with artists, performers, speakers, and suppliers
  • Develop and manage sponsorship proposals, negotiations, and relationships
  • Oversee event marketing and promotions (digital, social media, print)
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and reporting
  • Ensure smooth on-site event operations and post-event evaluations

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management, coordination, or marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with venue booking systems and artist coordination
  • Knowledge of sponsorship management and brand partnerships
  • Marketing experience, including social media and promotional campaigns
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event/marketing tools

Desirable Skills

  • Qualification in Event Management, Marketing, or Communications
  • Experience in corporate, entertainment, or cultural events
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
