Event/Concert Manager/Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events from initial planning through to execution
- Handle event communications, including client, vendor, and stakeholder liaison
- Manage venue bookings, contracts, and logistics
- Coordinate with artists, performers, speakers, and suppliers
- Develop and manage sponsorship proposals, negotiations, and relationships
- Oversee event marketing and promotions (digital, social media, print)
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Ensure smooth on-site event operations and post-event evaluations
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in event management, coordination, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with venue booking systems and artist coordination
- Knowledge of sponsorship management and brand partnerships
- Marketing experience, including social media and promotional campaigns
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in MS Office and event/marketing tools
Desirable Skills
- Qualification in Event Management, Marketing, or Communications
- Experience in corporate, entertainment, or cultural events
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
