Elevio is a specialist pelvic floor and colorectal clinic based in Bella vista & Emerald Hills, offering evidence-based, minimally invasive, and holistic care.

Our multidisciplinary team — including specialist surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals — works collaboratively to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with pelvic floor, continence, and bowel concerns.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our expanding team on a percentage basis.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with specialists in a purpose-built clinic, providing a high standard of care within a professional and supportive environment.

You will benefit from an established referral base and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and management for pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, pre- and post-natal conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Develop individualised treatment plans and collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff
  • Conduct patient education on recovery, lifestyle modification, and pelvic health maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care coordination

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
  • Postgraduate training or demonstrated experience in women's/pelvic health
  • Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused demeanour
  • Ability to work independently within a structured, specialist team environment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and holistic, multidisciplinary care
