Perth, Western Australia Anchor Foods Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Full time: 38 hours per week, 2:00PM - 10:00PM - Afternoon shift attracts 15% shift allowance.

We are seeking motivated food production workers to join our Morning Shift as Factory Packer / Process Worker. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this is a key role that involves packing products on food manufacturing lines whilst ensuring food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual & Machine packing of products
  • Entering product records online
  • Identifying basic machine faults
  • Recording quality data online
  • Ensuring plant and equipment is kept clean for optimal performance
  • Ensuring food safety standards are met

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • A proactive-can do attitude
  • A safe approach to work
  • Awareness of food safety, quality assurance and HACCP (training will be provided)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good numeracy/computer literacy skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a FMCG environment (preferred)
