As a **Packer/Delivery Driver**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our customers in a safe and timely manner. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for packing orders accurately, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and making deliveries to our valued customers.

**Manual drivers licence and Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening availability is a must**

**Responsibilities**:

- Pack orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accurate quantities and quality assurance.
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles, verify correct items against delivery notes.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is in proper working order.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience during delivery interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and make responsible decisions to prioritize safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the delivery vehicle, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Communicate any customer feedback, issues, or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless coordination and smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong knowledge of the Perth metro area**:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and meet delivery timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Flexibility with work hours to meet the demands of the business, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in delivery driving or a related field is preferred but not essential
