Big Loaf Factory Bakery is seeking a dedicated **Delivery Driver/Packer** to join our team on a casual basis. If you are enthusiastic about providing timely and efficient deliveries while ensuring the utmost care for our products, we want to hear from you

As a **Delivery Driver/Packer** you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production standards are upheld and products reach our customers in a safe and timely manner.

**This role requires availability to start between 2:45am-3:30am and availability for packing shifts 7pm-11pm in the evenings.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Pack orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accurate quantities and quality assurance.
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles, verify correct items against delivery notes.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is in proper working order.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience during delivery interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and make responsible decisions to prioritize safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the delivery vehicle, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Communicate any customer feedback, issues, or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless coordination and smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of the Perth metro area - **Valid manual driver's license** and a clean driving record.
- Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
