Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our Government Public & Regulatory team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Canberra working with Karwan Eskerie, Mia Donald, and Alanna Lucchese.
About the team and the work

As one of a group of Legal Assistant's supporting the team, your key responsibilities will include:
File management across a busy litigation practice including the opening and closing of matters.
Complex billing for Government clients.
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents including online filing and service.
Client reporting and compliance.
Diary and inbox management.
Ad hoc administrative tasks.
We are open to all levels of candidates from entry-level to experienced legal administrators. The role is permanent full-time position working 5 days per week and will suit a career administrator looking for a diverse and challenging range of work in a supportive team.
About you
Prior administration experience and interest in law.
Experience working in a law firm litigation practice supporting multiple fee-earners is highly regarded but not essential.
Experience working with Government clients is highly regarded.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proactive approach to work.
Highly organised and able to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
