We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Specialty – Construction Practice team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex construction industry accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Drive new business development and support tender responses for major construction projects
  • Deliver tailored risk management and insurance programs to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with insurers to provide placement solutions for annual and project-specific requirements
  • Support and develop team members
  • Represent Marsh at industry events, conferences, and client functions

What you need to have:

  • Strong experience in Construction Insurance Broking
  • Valid insurance broker's license
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
  • Tier 1 FSRA Compliance (essential)
