The Role
We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sydney's CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading organisation where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference to our customers' trading experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with clients via phone and online channels
- Clearly explain our share trading services and processes to customers
- Follow documented procedures to accurately verify client details and information

- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for phone and online customer interactions
- Ability to explain complex services in clear, simple terms
- Meticulous attention to detail when following verification procedures
- Professional and friendly customer service approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a bank teller highly regarded
- Background in financial services or customer-facing roles
- Understanding of share trading or financial markets (training provided)
