We're Looking For Future Leaders Who:

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in a property management support or assistant role

  • Are eager to grow their skills and step up in the industry

  • Are familiar with property management software like PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate (bonus)

  • Are organised, adaptable, and passionate about property

  • Are ready to learn, contribute, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You'll Need:

  • A current certificate of registration with the Office of Fair Trading

  • A valid, unrestricted driver's licence

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail

  • A team-first mindset with a desire to build something big

Your Role:

  • Assist Senior Property Managers in managing property portfolios

  • Support with routine inspections, leasing, tenant communications, and compliance

  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the rent roll

  • Be the go-to person for admin, follow-ups, and client care

  • Contribute to our high standards and vibrant culture
