Job Opportunity

We are leaders in managing and facilitating operations that focus on recycling for the Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia.

Our convenient locations plus new technology enable a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.

As a Casual Depot Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers
  • Sort recyclable items into their correct categories
  • Transport items to the relevant storage area, using forklift or manual handling when necessary
  • Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products, inspiring repeat business
  • Manage cash handling duties
  • Monitor staff adherence to health and safety procedures and highlight any hazards/faults/risks
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction
  • Ensure staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently
To Be Successful In This Role:
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
  • Proficiency in Excel & Outlook
  • A 'can do' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions
  • Preferred: Forklift Ticket holder, but not essential
