We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our team located in Banyo, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and flexible work environment where you can make a real difference.

Role Overview: As a Call Centre Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, outbound appointment setting and telesurvey calls. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer service calls and resolve inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment setting and telesurveys.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Handle customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with each call.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while also using your initiative to enhance the customer experience.
