About the role
As Centre Manager at Pacific Werribee Regional Shopping Centre, you'll be a senior leader responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and team performance across the asset. You'll work closely with property teams, QIC Head Office, and external stakeholders to deliver financial and operational outcomes, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the centre's strategic direction and ensure alignment with QIC's broader objectives.
  • Manage operational teams to deliver high standards in presentation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Drive financial performance, including budget management, income generation, and debtor control.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and QIC's Standards of Excellence.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Contribute to future property development planning and execution.

About you
You're either an experienced Centre Manager seeking the opportunity to lead a larger, high-performing asset, or a senior retail professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role within property management.

You bring a strategic mindset, strong financial and stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments. 

Your communication style is clear and confident, and you're passionate about driving operational excellence and team success.

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a regional shopping centre in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Leases legislation and the Trade Practices Act.
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:
- PCA Diploma of Shopping Centre Management.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
