Open Roles
1) Cellar Door / Bar Assistant

Hours: Tuesday–Saturday (daytime) with occasional later evenings for events.

What you'll do

  • Mix and serve cocktails with creativity and consistency
  • Guide tastings and bring our spirits to life through storytelling
  • Represent Beachtree with pride, professionalism and authenticity
  • Welcome and engage guests in a fun, relaxed but polished atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented cellar door space

You: Experienced behind the bar, confident storyteller, loves people and thrives in fast-paced environments. Must have RSA.

  • Help us share the experience.
  • Serve tastings and cocktails at our beautiful Caloundra cellar door
  • Create a welcoming, fun, and professional atmosphere
  • Learn the stories behind every bottle, and help tell them
  • Be part of a brand people remember and return to

2) Casual Bartenders

Shifts: Varied, including weekends and events.

What you'll do

  • Serve tastings and cocktails at our Caloundra West cellar door.
  • Create a welcoming, memorable guest experience.
  • Learn the stories behind every bottle, and help tell them.

You bring

  • Energy, initiative, and a love for connecting with people.
  • Previous bar experience is a plus.
  • RSA required
