Key Responsibilities
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across the Agency, targeting both experienced and early career talent within investment and non-investment business units. The role also administers recruitment logistics, ensures accurate and compliant candidate records in Workday, manages the onboarding processes, and supports the pipelining of talent for hard-to-fill positions—all to secure high-quality and diverse hires aligned with the Agency's mission and organisational culture.
