Education Coordinator

We are seeking an Education Coordinator to design and deliver programs, workshops, tours, and events that engage and inspire schools, farmers, industry and the wider community.

This role brings regenerative farming and sustainability principles to life through storytelling, hands-on learning, and digital engagement. You will create content for social media, coordinate innovative programs, and lead events that showcase sustainable practices, soil health, biodiversity and circular systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, design, and implement a diverse range of educational programs and experiences tailored to schools, industry, landholders, corporate organisations, the local farming community, and the general public.

· Design and coordinate online educational programs to broaden accessibility and engagement.

· Develop and implement a Farmer Incubation Program that aligns with our mission to strengthen the local food system within the Southern Highlands.

· Establish clear pathways for local land stewards and farmers to engage with regenerative practices, progressive thinking, and sustainable approaches to local food systems.

· Design and deliver Indigenous and non-Indigenous Co-Learning Land Management Programs to support knowledge exchange, respect for Country, and community collaboration.

· Plan and organise large-scale regenerative farming conferences, summits, panel discussions, and events that highlight innovation, collaboration, and leadership in the field.

· Lead strategic planning and implementation of educational messaging, ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and regenerative ethos.

· Facilitate local community engagement and build partnerships with locally and nationally recognised not-for-profit organisations to amplify impact and reach.

· Partner with the Risk Officer to undertake risk management and assessment processes to ensure all programs, tours, and events meet health, safety, and compliance standards.

You are an experienced educator or program coordinator with strong communication and organisational skills, a passion for sustainability and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
