About the role

We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our dynamic team at national poly industries' in Bundaberg, Queensland. As a Full time Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining a commercial vehicle to transport goods across our distribution network. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our successful road transport operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate and manoeuvre a commercial vehicle in accordance with traffic regulations and company policies
  • Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to coordinate deliveries
  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines and procedures

What we're looking for

  • A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence
  • Demonstrated experience as a commercial Truck Driver, preferably in the road transport industry
  • Strong knowledge of road rules, safe driving practices, and vehicle maintenance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a away on over night trips
