We have an exciting opportunity to join our Residential team as an experienced Account Manager This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on working lead generation and loves getting out and building relationships with our customers. Key Responsibil**

• itiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively expanding Stramit's Residential and Commercial customer
• base.Develop and implement segment planning strategies, monitor KPI's and ensure alignment with overall business object
• ives.Fostering strong relationships with Stramit's internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service deli
• very.Monitoring customer activity and market conditions to identify new and innovative opportuni
• ties.Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage client accounts, track customer interactions, and streamline sales processes to drive business growth and customer satisfac
• tion.Comply with all Stramit safety policies and guidel
