An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced industrial Account Manager to join our team. The position will be based at our Queanbeyan office and will cover the Southern suburbs of Sydney, Southern NSW and the ACT. In this unique role, great time management will be a key component of your weekly & monthly activities. Your time will consist of on-the-road activities coupled with internal sales and support.

You will possess the ability to build and maintain key relationships with the goal of increasing the performance of your assigned territory whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build effective customer relations by understanding your customers’ needs and requirements.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver agreed outcomes within designated timelines.
- Monitor market activity and implement sales strategies in line with market intel.
- Provide product training and support to Digga’s dealer network.
- Attend to customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process customer orders as required.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Highly developed sales techniques or experience in a similar role/industry.
- Excellent communication/negotiation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results.
- Experience with CRM systems highly desirable.
- Current drivers’ licence required.
