ABOUT USABOUT THE ROLEDUTIES
  • Greet patients, provide them with relevant information, and assist them in completing necessary documentation
  • Performing medical screening duties as required, ensuring accurate collection of medical history and other necessary details
  • Manage patient bookings, appointments, and inquiries, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations
  • Assist in managing patient flow and ensure timely processing of patients
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient clinic operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling patient inquiries with professionalism and care
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will:
  • Previous experience in a medical administration or customer facing role is desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing medical records
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
  • Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems
  • A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor when interacting with patients
