Graduate Engineer – Asphalt & Civil Construction
We're seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team. This role combines office and site-based experience, with a strong focus on estimating and project support, offering excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with preparing project estimates, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.
- Calculate material, labour, and equipment requirements.
- Source and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and risks.
- Support quality assurance and project documentation.
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- Civil Engineering degree (or similar).
- Strong interest in estimating, asphalt, and road construction.
- Willingness to work in varied site and office environments.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
A supportive environment with hands-on training, exposure to estimating and project delivery, and clear pathways for career progression.
