Responsibilities

Performance of engineering assignments at various locations associated with particular projects.

· Reserve calculations

· Drill and blast optimization

· Preparation of contracts

· Ventilation modeling

· Feasibility studies

· Mine services including backfill

· Mine planning and optimization

· Mine development and stope

· Software and systems implementation

· Long and short term scheduling

· Mine economics including budgets and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering

The ideal candidate will have:


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Exposure to mining software pagackages


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project for project planning and management.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy in data processing.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.


• A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic project environments.

You must be in Autralia with working rights. Immediate start would be preferable.
