Domaine Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our high-performing Domaine Homes NSW team. This role will support our sales and production processes across NSW.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and review accurate sales estimates and tender submissions for residential homes
  • Analyse tender drawings, council requirements, BASIX, and hydraulic specifications to support post-contract variations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and sales to ensure seamless workflow
  • Provide timely and accurate pricing support to customer-facing staff
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and documentation

About you

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of residential estimating experience
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
  • Experience with Framework (or similar estimating software)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of residential building, construction, or production estimating (advantageous)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred)
