AUMW Master Plaster, a distinguished leader in the plastering and cladding industry since 2013, is renowned for delivering high-quality plastering and installation services. Based in Clayton South, we are a rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced Site Foreman to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination

• Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials
2. Supervision and Leadership

• Supervise and lead plastering crews and subcontractors.

• Monitor work progress and ensure it is completed on time.
3. Quality Control

• Inspect work areas before, during, and after plastering to ensure quality standards are met.

• Address any issues related to the quality of plasterwork.
4. Safety Management

• Enforce safety procedures on the job site to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Ensure that all workers wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Conduct regular safety meetings and briefings with the team.

• Address any safety concerns or hazards promptly.
5. Material Management

• Oversee the procurement, storage, and usage of materials such as plaster, tools, and equipment.

• Ensure that materials are used efficiently to avoid waste.

• Maintain inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
6. Communication and Reporting

• Communicate with project managers, architects, and clients to report progress and resolve issues.

• Maintain detailed records of work completed, labor hours, and material usage.

• Report any changes in project scope or schedule to management.
7. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving

• Address any unexpected challenges or technical issues that arise during plastering.

• Resolve conflicts among workers or subcontractors.

• Implement solutions to keep the project on track and within budget.
8. Time Management

• Manage timelines and ensure plastering work is completed according to the project schedule.

• Prioritize tasks based on project needs and deadlines.

• Monitor and adjust labor resources as necessary to meet project goals.
9. Client Relations

• Liaise with clients to ensure that their expectations and requirements are met.

• Provide updates and manage client concerns or requests related to plastering work.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with finished plastering work.
10. Cost Control

• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
11. Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure that all necessary permits and paperwork are in place before starting plastering work.
