**About the Company**:
Award-winning Concrete and formwork contractor that specialises in high-end formwork and concrete projects throughout VIC. Due to growth and continued long-term work and success, we are currently looking for an experienced foreman who can lead a crew to ensure that client satisfaction is met and that our crew is led by someone who leads by example.

**About you**:

- 10+ years of experience working within the concreting industry.
- Proven experience in high-end concrete structures, ground & and 1st-floor suspended slabs, pouring pier holes, stairs and retention systems
- Able to interpret all job documentation such as drawings, schedules, site instructions and shop drawings
- Be analytically minded - analysing blueprints and ensuring that a project meets all specifications requires critical thinking. When the project schedule goes off track, the structure foreman must have the ability to analyse how to rearrange activities or add resources to prevent delays.
- Trade qualification and degree will be an advantage but not completely necessary if proven practical experience is present.
- Must have great presentation and communication skills
- Being a hands-on and on-the-ground foreman is absolutely essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of staff/crew
- Managing a safe work environment and adhering to safety regulations
- Organising materials
- Planning and future forecasting
- Allocate and delegate staff responsibilities
- Communicate with builders, stakeholders and clients
