This role is ideal for a creative and strategic social media professional with a passion for the arts. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive social media campaign for a personal project based in Perth, Australia. The position requires hands-on content creation, including photography and video production, as well as the ability to craft engaging reels, stories, static posts, and short-form videos tailored for various social platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the campaign's visual identity, recommending effective strategies, and ensuring content aligns with current trends in the art scene. The project is onsite in Perth and will run until the end of February or early March, with the possibility of future opportunities.

Deliverables

  • Develop and implement a complete social media campaign strategy for the project
  • Create original photo and video content, including reels, stories, static posts, and short videos
  • Manage daily posting schedules and monitor engagement across platforms
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends relevant to the art community
  • Collaborate closely with the project owner to ensure content aligns with the artistic vision
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Ensure all content is produced onsite in Perth throughout the project duration

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Strong skills in photography and video production for social platforms
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
  • Deep understanding of current trends in the art scene and social media best practices
  • Ability to recommend and implement effective social strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be available onsite in Perth, Australia for the full project duration
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
