We're Hiring:
Apprentices (1st – 4th Year)

Perfect if you're keen to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

What you'll need:

  • Driver's licence (you'll be driving the company truck)
  • Tools are a bonus, but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Wood-machinist/CNC + Edgebander Operator – Factory Worker

Hands-on role in the factory building detailed custom joinery.

Must-haves:

  • Trade qualification (not essential)
  • Experience with high-end residential joinery
  • Own tools preferred
  • Forklift licence is a must

Pay: $35/hour


Tradesman – Onsite Installer

Install finished joinery in some of Sydney's top homes.

What we're looking for:

  • Trade qualified with proven install experience
  • Must have your own tools and licence
  • Excellent presentation and communication — you'll be client-facing
  • High attention to detail is a must

Pay: $40/hour


Cabinet Vision Drafter

This is a key role in our growing team for someone with experience in drafting and hands-on joinery.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Producing detailed shop drawings
  • Creating factory and install-ready plans
  • Generating accurate cutting lists for CNC
  • Communicating with both factory and site teams

Requirements:

  • Experience with Cabinet Vision
  • Background in high-end joinery (factory and site)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Team player who can work from our Wetherill Park office

Salary: $90K–$120K depending on experience
