What we need:

Support Partners for clients located in:

Bullsbrook – SIL home with a 24/7 roster

Community day shifts – NOR

Must haves:

  • Minimum Cert 3 Individualised Support or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with various supports including complex environments in a support-based capacity.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Certificate of Completion - NDIS Quality, Safety and You Module
  • Medication Competency
  • Infection Control competency.
  • Current valid driver's license and reliable fully insured vehicle
  • Right to Work in Australia such as passport, visa, birth certificate

Desirable:

  • Availability to do sleep shifts (SIL ONLY).

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Support Partners, including those who have experience in complex support services to join our teams. In these roles, you will provide direct support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them to manage their conditions, build coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care tailored to the client's unique situation. With ongoing training this is an opportunity to develop your career further with opportunity to entry level management. Our internal mentorship program is available to suitable candidates.
