**What we need**:
Support Partners for clients located in:
Bullsbrook - SIL home with a 24/7 roster

Community day shifts - NOR

**Must haves**:

- Minimum Cert 3 Individualised Support or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with various supports including complex environments in a support-based capacity.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion - NDIS Quality, Safety and You Module
- Medication Competency
- Infection Control competency.
- Current valid driver's license and reliable fully insured vehicle
- Right to Work in Australia such as passport, visa, birth certificate

Desirable:

- Availability to do sleep shifts (SIL **ONLY**).

**Job Overview**

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- support: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)

- Australia (required)
