Balfran Office Installations is looking for an experienced commercial office furniture installer to join our growing team of Commercial Furniture installers.

We are offering positions to professional, organised and experienced persons with excellent presentation and communications skills to liaise with our clients and deliver a 1st class service.  You will be driven to deliver a great service to our clients. Permanency will be offered following a probationary period.

Your duties will include:

  • Manage projects
  • Installation of workstation systems, including loose furniture and accessories.
  • Demolition of workstation systems, loose furniture and accessories.
  • Reconfiguration of workstation systems, loose furniture and accessories.
  • Flatpack furniture assembly
  • Site safety including inductions and documents.
  • Client liaison

Requirements:

  • Drivers License
  • Carry out assembly and installation of projects including workstations, meeting tables and loose furniture.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times (uniform provided)
  • You'll have an eye for detail and you'll need strong communication skills to make sure that you are able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and be able to build strong working relationships
  • Experience in Office furniture installation and re configuration essential
  • Previous experience with onsite safety documentation
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Good attitude, reliable, and immediately available
  • Follow instructions with good listening skills
  • Valid White Card & Asbestos & Silica preferable
  • Self-driven and resourceful (Can do attitude)
  • Able to read building floor plans.
