We pride ourselves on producing premium herbal goods that support wellness and balance. As part of our expansion, we're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick Packer to join our team.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Pick Packer plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, carefully packed, and dispatched on time. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order slips or pick lists.
  • Prepare items for dispatch, including labeling, sealing, and ensuring packaging standards are met.
  • Conduct inventory counts and report stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assist in unloading deliveries and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and packing areas at all times.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Support team goals and help improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
  • Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to [15–20 kg].
