Casual Warehouse SUPERVISOR – HY.GIENE Australia (Oakleigh VIC)

Join a growing Australian-owned, sustainable brand supplying premium cleaning and hygiene systems across Australia and overseas.

We're seeking an experienced Casual Warehouse Person to support our operations team in Oakleigh.

* immediate start

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' warehouse inventory & dispatch experience (Australia)
  • **Ability to pack carton & pallet orders is a must**
  • Current Forklift Licence (minimum 3 years driving exp)
  • Strong inventory management, freight forwarding and export knowledge
  • Skilled in picking/packing, purchasing and working with some heavy lifting up to 20KG
  • A smart, resourceful problem-solver with a positive, hard-working attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient operation of a forklift in a confined warehouse environment — loading and unloading cartons and pallets
  • Warehousing duties including receiving, storing, and organising stock
  • Packing customer orders accurately, neatly, timely and safely
  • Maintaining warehouse and amenities in a clean, organised condition
  • Stock control – monitoring inventory levels, assisting with stocktakes and supporting purchasing activities
  • Local pickups and deliveries as required
  • Demonstrating a proactive, forward-thinking approach to workflow, planning and forecasting
  • Providing excellent customer service, with fluent English in both written and verbal communication
  • Performing manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 25kg

  • A positive optimistic attitude
  • Current forklift licence with proven experience in confined warehouse environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Safety-conscious and team-oriented
  • Available for flexible hours as required
