Migration Admin Assistant

We love assisting people from all around the world to obtain temporary and permanent residency visas to live and work in Australia. We are offering a unique opportunity to commence a career in the Australian Immigration industry. We are now seeking an enthusiastic, driven and committed person to join our small, friendly team in our Fairfield office. You must be able to speak Arabic to be eligible for this position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling visa application documents
- Handling immigration related inquiries from our clients.
- Filtering emails
- Client follow-ups
- Maintaining client records
- Co-ordinate international community events and seminars
- Other General Admin duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience in an admin/customer service role within Migration Field.
- MUST have the ability to speak Arabic.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional manner and highly enthusiastic
- Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Fast typing skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Customer service skills and a bubbly/friendly attitude
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Keen and willing to learn
- Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident.
