What you'll be doing:
- Lead the development and execution of a marketing strategy that will help your clients get to their goal
- Plan, film and edit high-performing and creative Instagram Reels with shoots happening all around Sydney
- Using tools like InShot and CapCut to edit your Reels
- Manage social media accounts and foster community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and direct messages.
- Create monthly content calendars that hit the client's brief
- Writing captions that capture your audience
- Creating Canva graphics and carousels
- Build and manage client relationships - from strategy to check-ins and reporting
- Lead the team, track the performance and be proactive to strategise on ways to improve results
- Conduct weekly team meetings
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Work on content across multiple bands simultaneously.
We're looking for:
- Proven agency experience of 4+ years where you have created content and managed multiple social media accounts
- A strong understanding of conveying a client's messaging, tone and goals and converting that into content
- Confident in coming up with content ideas that are creative
- Ideally, you are based in South West Sydney
- Having strong writing skills is a must as nailing our client's messaging is at the forefront of what we do.
- Excellent organisational skills
- You can solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a stong understanding of content optimisation to get the best result
- You're a team player
- Ideal for someone with a Communications, Media, Journalism or English degree.
