In our beautifully restored 1920s Art Deco building, we're home to two cult-loved eateries:

  • Sunny's Shop – punchy Thai street eats
  • Mr Chan – a modern nod to Cantonese classics

We're fast-paced, quality-driven, and guest-obsessed. We've rebuilt from the ground up with even more soul, and now we're looking for people who want to be the best at what they do.

We're Hiring For

  • Section Waiters – confident running their own section and driving exceptional guest experiences
  • All-Rounders – adaptable pros who can switch between floor, bar, and host duties seamlessly
  • Bartenders – skilled, creative, and consistent behind the bar

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred)
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and sales
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional presence
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and quick-thinking
  • Available across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • RSA certification
