About the Role:

  • Full-time position – 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, some Saturday's)
  • 8–10 hour shifts per day
  • General gardening and maintenance duties including mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, planting, and clean-up
  • Working across residential and commercial job sites
  • Opportunity for long-term, ongoing work for the right person

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and show up every day – consistency is key
  • Driver's licence and own reliable transport to and from work
  • Able to work independently and unsupervised once trained
  • Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Good attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in completing quality work
  • Experience in gardening, landscaping, or similar outdoor work preferred (but not essential)
  • Must follow safe work practices and take care of equipment
