Project Manager – High-End Residential | FRP | Sydney, NSW

We are a leading formwork, reinforcement & concrete (FRP) contractor specialising in high-end residential projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of luxury builds and complex structures, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing residential projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and budget control. You will lead site teams, liaise with clients and consultants, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of high-end residential projects
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee programming, scheduling, and project planning
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and contract administration
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (FRP/structural concrete experience highly regarded)
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and contracts
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality finishes on luxury projects
