We are a family owned and operated Toyota Dealership located in the Central West of NSW with over 30 years' experience in the automotive industry.

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our professional and customer-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a dynamic dealership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations to support dealership functions
  • Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and efficiently
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
  • Handle Green Slips and vehicle registration processing accurately and on time
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and internal correspondence
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Support management with various administrative tasks and process improvements
  • Ensure all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or accounting support role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
