Commencing in February 2026, this initiative reflects our commitment to diversity, education, and industry development.

Program overview:

We are looking for one talented woman to undertake a rewarding internship opportunity in Perpetual's Equities investment team.

The internship starts in the last week of February 2026 and concludes at the beginning of June 2026.

This hands-on experience offers a unique opportunity to apply university learnings in a real-world, first-class asset management environment.

Scholarship offering:

Please note: This scholarship doesnot guarantee a permanent role post-placement.

Eligibility criteria:

We're seeking women with a keen, genuine interest in developing a career in asset management. Criteria includes:

  • Applicants in their second year of university study or later, in the following disciplines:

  • Commerce

  • Finance
  • Law
  • Science
  • Technology
  • Engineering
  • Marketing
  • Communications
  • Psychology
  • Arts
  • The internship requires in-person attendance at our office in Sydney's CBD.
  • Applicants must have the right to work and study in Australia during the internship period
  • Applicants with strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build purposeful professional relationships.
