About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Chadstone Boutique.
This is a full timeposition at 38 hours/week requiring availability Sunday through Thursday.
Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
