Role Description
This is a part-time (25 hours per week) on-site role for an Office/Warehouse Supervisor located in Salisbury, QLD. Ecococoon is a small, family-run business in its growth phase. The Office/Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of both the warehouse and office. This role ensures smooth order processing, accurate inventory management, and effective team supervision. It provides a crucial link between warehouse staff, office administration, and the business owner, ensuring operations are efficient and customers are satisfied.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead and supervise both office and warehouse staff effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management software is beneficial
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or logistics are advantageous
