You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow functionality within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the CSM module
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and customize applications, workflows, forms, and integrations within ServiceNow
- Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow functionality
- Ensure best practices and ServiceNow platform governance
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Proven experience with the CSM module (Customer Service Management) – configuration, workflows, portals, and integrations
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
- Experience with scripting in JavaScript, REST APIs, and custom UI development
- ServiceNow certification(s) – especially Certified Application Developer or CSM-related certs – highly regarded
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
