We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to build and maintain scalable applications that support business and customer needs.
The Role:This is a hands-on position working across IT service management, IT operations management, and customer service management modules, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams.
- Define solution architectures for ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Design workflows, service catalogs, portals, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
As a ServiceNow application specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, from implementing new ServiceNow instances to customizing existing ones. You will be working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
You will be responsible for defining solution architectures, developing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, designing workflows, service catalogs, portals and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, maintaining and enhancing existing applications and performance, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
