Salesforce Vlocity Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Solutions Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions across Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), and Order Management (OM) in Salesforce Communications Cloud.

  • Develop and maintain the Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog, including product structures, attributes, rules, and versioning
  • Configure and customize Vlocity CPQ to implement guided selling, pricing rules, promotions, and quote lifecycle processes
  • Implement order capture flows, product decomposition, orchestration plans, and fulfillment logic within Order Management
  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and peer reviews
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) projects
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ, EPC, and Order Management in Communications Cloud
  • Proficiency in OmniStudio tools: OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards
